Rachel Benmeir

Rachel Benmeir is a member of both the Miami Realtor’s Association and the Florida Bar. Since moving to Miami in 2009, Rachel has practiced immigration law and has been able to combine this practice to assist her international clients in obtaining the popular EB-5 visa which allows foreigners to invest in real estate projects to obtain permanent residence in the United States. Rachel’s legal expertise allows her to offer clients the extra service of being able to modify and tailor real estate contracts to their specific needs, making her an expert in both Seller and Buyer representation.
